Unfinished, to be Continued …
I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the 2025 Combined University Bible Camp, working alongside six committee members to plan this event. The organising committee consisted of first-year students from NTU CCF, NUS CVCF, and SUSS CCF. Held at Changi Bethany Church, there were 25 participants at this camp which focused on studying the four Gospels. As we reflected on the Gospels, we were reminded that we are waiting for the return of Jesus, and therefore, evangelism is ongoing and unfinished. This led us to choose this year’s theme: “Unfinished, To Be Continued”, with the theme verse being Matthew 28:19–20, on the Great Commission.
There were certainly many takeaways from this Bible study camp. One recurring theme in the Gospels is the call to repentance, reminding me to trust Jesus completely. As Matthew 11 says, we need to rely on God’s wisdom, whereas those who are wise and learned in their own eyes may not truly know Him. I was reminded that true wisdom comes only by God’s grace, prompting me to reflect on how I can depend on His grace in my daily life.

Icebreakers
I thank God that through these Bible study sessions and the guidance of the staff workers, we were able to learn the OIA (Observation, Interpretation, Application) method and gained insights into the New Testament and the Wisdom Literature. Praise the Lord for bringing the various university Chinese fellowships together and allowing us to share such a meaningful experience.
We look forward to the upcoming Joint University Fellowship this semester and pray that through our gatherings, we will grow in our knowledge of one another and shine for the Lord together!
